Search for a Carrier

To Search for a Carrier:

1. Access Carrier Maintenance. See Access Carrier Maintenance for details.
2. Enter all or part of the carrier's Name, SCAC, or Ref (Optimiz Display ID). Searches by Name and Reference must use at least four characters.
3. Select how Contract Manager should search.
   1. Starts With returns only records that begin with the given criteria,
   2. Contains returns any records that contain the given criteria anywhere, and
   3. Exact returns only records that match the given criteria exactly. Exact is only available for SCAC and Ref searches.
4. Click Find Carriers.

5. Double-click on the correct carrier. If only one carrier was found, Contract Manager will select it automatically.

Result

The selected carrier's information is displayed.
