Access Confirmation & Labeling
Overview
When a shipment arrives at ProTrans, it must be updated in Optimiz to reflect that it was received. The Confirmation & Labeling tile allows users to confirm freight, updating the status of both the shipment and the load.
Process
To Access Confirmation & Labeling:
- Open the My Dock Dashboard. See Access My Dock Dashboard for details.
- Click Confirmation & Labeling.
Result
The Confirmation & Labeling page opens.
