Planning Management Interface Elements

After performing a search in Planning Management, the view will be similar to:

1	Searching	Use the drop down to select one or many criteria to narrow your search results.
2	Planning	Use these action buttons to approve or decline pending loads. Select All Load(s) - Select all loads returned from a search. Approve - Approve a selected pending load. See Approve a Planned Load. Decline - Decline a selected pending load. See Decline a Planned Load. Export to Excel - Open a spreadsheet with all information returned from a search. See Export Search Results to a Spreadsheet. Save Grid State - Save the user configuration of the results grid. See Customize the Results Grid.
3	Review Results	This date grid displays the results of pending loads matching your given search criteria.

Review Results

This date grid displays the results of pending loads matching your given search criteria.

Throughout the documentation, interface elements will be referred to as indicated above.

The Planning Management action bar provides the tools needed to manage planned loads.

Command	Description
	Optimiz highlights all loads appearing in the search grid.
	Approve the selected load, assigning it the Ready to Tender status and sending it to Load Management for further processing.
	Decline the selected load, assigning it the Declined status and sending it to Load History.
	Optimiz will export the results of the search to a spreadsheet.
	Saves any customization of the current grid state. See Customize the Results Grid.
