Decline a Planned Load

Overview

Planned Loads should be declined as soon as the customer confirms they should not be shipped. Decline planned loads in Planning Management.

Prerequisites

Before you can decline a planned load:

• Access the Planning Management page.

• Search for loads. See Search for Planned Loads.

• Add a message to the load to indicate who told you to decline the load and why.

Process

To Decline a Planned Load:

1. Select the load to decline.
2. Click Decline.

To Decline All Returned Loads

1. Search for the pending loads. See Search for Planned Loads.
2. Click Select All Load(s).
3. Click Decline.

Result

The planned load is declined. Declined loads go to Load History and receive a Cancelled status. For more information about working with historical loads, see Manage Inactive Loads.
