Export Search Results to a Spreadsheet

Overview

Users can export the results of any search in Planning Management to a spreadsheet. The exported spreadsheet includes any customizations made to the results grid, including sorting, grouping, and hiding or reordering columns.

Prerequisites

A search must have been performed and results must be present in the results grid. See Search for Planned Loads.

Process

To Export Search Results to a Spreadsheet:

1. Search for the loads. See Search for Planned Loads.
2. Click Export to Excel.

Result

Optimiz creates a spreadsheet of the search results grid.
