View the Event Log

Overview

To view the chronological history about a load or shipment, use the Event Log feature.

Process

To View the Event Log:

  1. Build a search to display the load. Build a Custom Search.
  2. Click the load to select it.
  3. Click Load Details. The load's details display in a pop-up window.
  4. Click the Event Log tab.

The load's details display in a pop-up window. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the window.

What Now?

After viewing a load's event log, you may also want to view its details.
