View the Load Details

Overview

The data grid on the tracking page displays most of the information about a load or shipment. Sometimes more detail is needed. To view additional details about a load or shipment, such as its status in the transit process, use the Load Details feature.

Process

To View a Load's Details:

  1. Build a search to display the load. Build a Custom Search.
  2. Click the load.
  3. Click Load Details.

The load's details display in a pop-up window. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the window.

What Now?

After viewing a load's details, you may also want to view its event log.
