Create Shipping Label

Objective

After completing this lesson, users will be able to:

  • Create shipping labels.

Overview

Various documents are associated with a load or shipment. Shipping Labels can be created or accessed in the Customer Portal.

Prerequisites

Before you can create and view shipping documents, you must:

  • Be logged in to Customer Portal.
  • Have performed a search to find a load.

Processes

To Create Shipping Documents:

  1. Access the Customer Portal. See Log In to the Customer Portal for details.
  2. Search and select a load from the results grid. Perform a Search
  3. Click the Shipping Documents dropdown menu.

  1. Click Create Shipping Label.

  1. Choose a print size.
  2. Click OK to continue, or Cancel to discard. The Report Management dialog box displays.

  1. Use the navigation and print toolbar to view and print the document.

Result

Shipping labels are available to view or print.
