Log In to the Customer Portal

Overview

The Optimiz Customer Portal is a web-based Transportation Management System (TMS). Access to the Customer Portal is controlled by a uniquely assigned username and password. The privileges associated with the user account determine what functions are available.

Usernames and passwords are assigned to customers when they have a need to access the system.

When Should I Log in to the Customer Portal?

Log in to the Customer Portal to perform activities such as:

  • Submitting a Add/Change/Cancel or Unplanned Shipment Request.
  • Shopping for rates.

Prerequisites

  • User must have a username and password. Contact the user's Account Manager to obtain a username and password.

Process

To Log In to the Customer Portal:

  1. Open an Internet browser. ProTrans recommends the use of Google Chrome.
  2. Go to http://optimiz.protrans.com.
  3. Type your username in the Username field.
  4. Type your password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log On.

 

Result

The Customer Portal opens.
