Get Carrier Images

Overview

Images of shipment documents, such as bills of lading, can be associated to shipments in Optimiz. These images can be viewed from the thumbnail section in the Document Check In Required tile. If the shipment does not have an image associated, user can retrieve it from the assigned carrier using the Get Carrier Images functionality. Not all carriers support getting shipment images in this manner.

Prerequisites

Before you can get an image from the carrier, you must enter the Carrier Pro number for the shipment.

Process

To Get Carrier Images:

1. Select the shipment to which the image should be attached.
2. Click Get Carrier Images.

Result

The images available are retrieved from the carrier and associated with the shipment.
