Differentiating Between Request Statuses

Overview

When you submit a request through Customer Portal, it can take on one of four statuses.

Pending

Requests are in pending status from the time they are submitted to the time they are reviewed by a ProTrans employee. After a request is reviewed, it takes on another status: accepted, rejected, or cancelled.

Accepted

Requests are in accepted status after a ProTrans employee reviews the request and accepts it. When a request is accepted, loads are created, modified, or cancelled based on the type of request.

Rejected

Requests are in rejected status after a ProTrans employee reviews the request and rejects it. When a request is rejected, no changes to loads occur.

Cancelled

Requests are in cancelled status after you or a ProTrans employee cancels it. When a request is cancelled, no changes to loads occur. Requests can only be cancelled if they are in the Pending status.
