Complete a Pickup

Overview

Prerequisites

Before you can complete a pickup, you must:

  • Log in to the Optimiz mobile app as an external driver user.
  • Confirm all shipments expected for the receiving location on the related load.
  • Add all expected parts to the shipments being received.

Process

To Complete a Pickup:

  1. Access a shipment that was received. See Search for a Shipment for details.
  2. Tap Parts.
  3. Tap Pickup Complete.

If any shipments scheduled for pickup at the current supplier have ASNs against which no freight has been received, an error message appears.

  1. Tap Scan More Freight to return to the previous page and scan the missing shipments, if possible.
  2. Tap Shipments Not Received to mark all listed shipments as No Freight and remove them from the load, if needed.

Result

Any shipments marked as not received are flagged with a No Freight exception, removed from the load, and returned to Unassigned status.
