When Should I Edit a Driver Profile?

If a driver needs information in their profile updated, edit the profile to make the updates.

Process

To edit a driver profile:

1. Click the edit pencil next to the driver's name in the grid on the Local P&D Drivers page.

2. The Update Drivers box will open.
3. Fields that can be modified by erasing the content and retyping in the boxes, are the First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Username, Email, and Password fields.
4. The driver's carrier can be changed by selecting a carrier from the Carrier SCAC dropdown menu.
5. To add or replace a profile photo, click the edit pencil. You will then select and upload a photo from your computer.
6. Click Save once you have made any changes needed.

Result

Changes made to the driver profile will update in the P&D Landing page.
