Re-send a Tender Copy

Overview

Carriers may sometimes lose track of or delete a tender email. If this happens, Route Specialists can re-send a copy of the last accepted tender. Only accepted tenders should be re-sent. If the carrier has not yet accepted the tender, they should log in to Carrier Portal or confirm they accept the tender via email so it can be accepted on their behalf. See Accept or Reject a Tender for a Carrier for details.

Prerequisites

  • Tenders should only be re-sent for loads whose tender has already been accepted.

Process

To Re-send a Tender Copy:

  1. Search for and select the load for which the tender must be re-sent. See Search for Active Loads for details.
  2. Click Resend Tender.

Result

The tender copy is sent to the carrier, and a Reissued Tender entry appears in the event log.
