Export Products to a Spreadsheet

Overview

There are times when information about products needs to be shared or used outside of Optimiz. To support these needs, users can export a list of products from the search results grid to an Excel spreadsheet.

Process

To Export Products to a Spreadsheet:

1. Search for the product or products to be exported. See Search for a Product for details.
2. Select one or more products from the results grid.
3. Click Export Products to Excel.

Result

A list of the selected products is downloaded to the user's computer as an Excel spreadsheet.
