View or Modify OS&D Details

Overview

Overage, shortage, and damage information is recorded using a mobile device during the receipt of a shipment. This information, including any pictures of damages, can be reviewed and modified from the OS&D tab of Shipment Management.

Prerequisites

• Shipments must have a damage level recorded during their receipt with a mobile device before information will appear in the OS&D window. This includes a damage level of Level 0 - No Damages.

Process

To View or Modify OS&D Details:

1. Hover the mouse over Shipments.
2. Click OS&D.

The Shipment Management page opens to the OS&D tab.

3. Search for and select the shipment with OS&D information to be reviewed. See Search for Shipments for details.
4. Click the OSD Status to modify the shipment status.

 

The shipment sub-grid opens. Current overage, shortage, and damage information can be edited and reviewed as needed.

5. Click View Documents to view the documents attached to the shipment.
6. Click View Images to open any attached damage images in a new browser window.
7. If a record is changed from Open to Closed, click the Reason Code to provide a reason to close the record.

Result

Any modified information is saved to the shipment.
