Complete a Missed Check Call

Overview

The Missed Check Call icon appears in the Active Loads list next to loads missing one or more check calls. The system only displays this icon if the check call was not entered and the current time is later than the expected check call entry time.

ProTrans encourages carriers to enter check calls in a timely manner. This may be done electronically by EDI 214 or manually in the Carrier Portal.

Please contact your Route Manager at ProTrans if there are difficulties completing a missed check call.
