View Documents Associated with an ASN

Overview

Certain documents, such as Bills of Lading or Pickup Lists (PULs), can be attached directly to an ASN through the associated shipment. These documents are scanned into the imaging system and associated with the Reference Types attached to the shipment. Once attached, these documents can be viewed from within ASN Management.

Prerequisites

Before you can view documents associated with an ASN, you must:

• Access ASN Management. See Access ASN Management.
• Search for the ASN. See Search for an ASN.

Process

To View Documents Associated with an ASN:

1. Click View Documents for the necessary ASN.

2. Click View Image associated with the specific reference type.
