View a Shipment's Event Log

Overview

Prerequisites

• Access the Shipment Management page. See Access Shipment Management and Shipment History.
• Search for a shipment. See Search for Shipments.

Process

To Display a Shipment's Event Log:

1. Click Events for the selected shipment.

2. Click Event Log.

Result

The shipment's event log opens. Events are sorted from most recent at the top to oldest at the bottom. Time Stamp is the time the event was recorded in Optimiz. Actual Entry is the time the event actually occurred. Though these are typically identical, they will often diverge for check calls, which are recorded in Optimiz after they actually occur.
