Match an ASN to a Shipment

Overview

Process

To Match an ASN to a Shipment:

  1. Hover the mouse over Shipments.
  2. Click ASN Shipment Matching.

The ASN to Shipment Matching page opens.

  1. Search for the shipment to which the ASN should be matched in the top search grid. See Search for Shipments for more information. Note that the Status filter has been replaced with the matching status of the shipment.

  1. Search for the ASN to be matched in the bottom search grid. See Search for an ASN for more information. Note that the Status filter has been replaced with the matching status of the ASN.

  1. Drag and drop the ASN from the bottom search grid to the shipment to which it should be matched in the top search grid. ASNs can only be matched to shipments with the same ShipFrom and Customer.
  2. Repeat step 5 for any additional ASNs that should be matched to the shipment.
  3. ClickAssociate Shipment Matching.

Result

The ASN is matched to the shipment and will appear below the shipment in a nested grid.
