Overview
The data grid on the Request Management page displays most of the information about a request. Sometimes more detail is needed. To view additional details about a request use the Request Details feature.
To View Request Details:
- Build a search to display the request. Build a Custom Search.
- Click the request.
- Click Request Details.
The request's details display in a pop-up window. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the window.
