Access Shipment Management and Shipment History

Overview

Shipment Management enables Optimiz operations users to handle the day-to-day operations of shipments. In Shipment Management, users can validate shipments, view shipment details, and add Bill To information.

Shipment Management contains all shipments that are in an active status; that is, all shipments with a status from Unassigned to Delivered. Inactive shipments, or shipments with a status of Cancelled or Closed, are held in Shipment History.

Process

To Access Shipment Management:

  1. Hover the mouse over Shipments.
  2. Click Shipment Management.

To Access Shipment History:

  1. Hover the mouse over Shipments.
  2. Click Shipment History.

Result

The Shipment Management page opens.
