Request Exception

Overview

The Request Exception icon indicates the load has a pending change or cancel request. It is not possible to make changes or take action on a load with a Request Exception.

Use the Request Management module to clear the exception.

Refer to the Accept a Change Plan Load Request or Accept a Cancel Plan Load Request section in the Request Management User Guide for instructions on performing these actions.
