Access Shipment Tracking

Overview

The Shipment Tracking page is an interactive map showing the last known location of shipments. Each icon represents a load carrying one or several shipments and can be clicked on to show further details for each shipment.

When Should I Access Shipment Tracking?

Users should access the shipment tracking page whenever there is a need for a graphic representation of one or more shipments and their last known location.

Prerequisites

Before you can access Shipment Tracking, you must:

• Log in to Optimiz. See Log In to Optimiz.

Process

To Access Shipment Tracking:

1. Hover the mouse over Shipments.
2. Click Shipment Tracking.

Result

The Shipment Tracking page opens.
