Add a Bill To Level

Overview

The second level of the Customer Hierarchy is the Bill To level. This level consists of entities that are responsible for payments for services rendered. Bill To entities may also be designated as Responsible Party, Payment Party, or Responsible Party Location types.

Process

To Add an Entity to a BillTo Level:

1. Open the Customer Hierarchy. See Access the Customer Hierarchy.
2. Click on the wrench at the Customer level.
3. Click Add Bill To.

4. Search for the Bill To entity to be added.

5. Select the entity from the list.

6. Click +Add.

Result

The Bill To entity is added to the Customer Hierarchy and associated with the Customer entity.
