Log In to the Carrier Portal
Overview
The Optimiz Carrier Portal is a web-based Transportation Management System (TMS). Access to the Carrier Portal is controlled by a uniquely assigned username and password. The privileges associated with the user account determine what functions are available.
Usernames and passwords are assigned to all carriers that move freight for ProTrans.
When Should I Log in to the Carrier Portal?
Log in to the Carrier Portal to perform activities such as:
- Accepting or Rejecting Tenders.
- Onboarding automation.
- Updating and troubleshooting Check Call information.
Prerequisites
- Each user must have a username and password. Contact automationandcompliance@protrans.com to obtain a username and password.
Process
To Log In to the Carrier Portal:
- Open an Internet browser. ProTrans recommends the use of Google Chrome.
- Go to http://optimiz.protrans.com.
- Type your username in the Username field.
- Type your password in the Password field.
- Click Login.
NOTE: First login will require you to re-enter email address for verification.
Result
The Carrier Portal opens.
