Customer EDI Codes

Overview

ProTrans works with a large number of customers and suppliers. Most companies use unique identification codes in their electronic messages that correlate to their own system. The Customer EDI codes list associates the customer-assigned codes to their corresponding entities in Optimiz.

• Customer EDI Codes may be entered by batch using a provided Excel spreadsheet template.
• The Customer EDI Codes will be added and maintained by IT users and are accessed through the Customer level in the Customer Hierarchy.
• If a duplicate EDI Code is used, it will be rejected by Optimiz.
